My life story: I wandered the streets of Almádena, in March 2025, disoriented, for a few days until someone spotted me, rescued me, and contacted Cadela Carlota. I was immediately taken to the veterinary clinic. I arrived very thin, full of ticks, and with very matted fur. There, they ran several tests and discovered that my vision is no longer perfect and that I am positive for Leishmaniasis. Since my owners were never found, the vet contacted Cadela Carlota again, who came to pick me up and take me to the shelter. And here I am, waiting for a new opportunity.

My temperament: I’m the perfect companion for a quiet home! I’m a calm dog who, due to my advanced age and impaired vision, loves to be in my own corner relaxing, sleeping, or sunbathing. However, I also really enjoy a good walk! The shelter volunteers are very fond of me because I’m easy to handle and I get along well with other dogs.I’ll be a great companion for a peaceful family, perhaps someone my age, who is looking for a relaxed, calm friend who also loves cuddles.
